Join me for a long weekend (12–15 November) in England for a wellbeing retreat set on a beautiful 100-acre estate, surrounded by the rolling hills of Somerset. This retreat is an invitation to step away from a sense of urgency and return to a slower, more grounded rhythm.

What is it all about? Imagine waking up to crisp, fresh air and the sound of stillness, arriving at a warm yoga shala to gently awaken your body through movement and meditation. You’ll have free time during the day to enjoy our indoor heated pool, walk in the countryside, play tennis on our private courts, or join me for skilfully guided contrast therapy and breathwork sessions in our wood-fired sauna and ice bath.

We’ll slow down with yin in the evenings and, if we feel like a movie night, we’ll cosy up in the cinema room. Our private chef will prepare daily meals that are seasonal, local, and organic. My favourite part is coming together over unhurried, communal meals - long tables filled with stories, laughter and delicious food.

With just 10 beautifully designed rooms, this is an intimate retreat created for rest, connection, and space to breathe.

    • you want to experience movement that is energising, strong and intelligently sequenced rather than performance led and competitive.

    • you need space to yourself.

    • you want to experience real community and a sense of belonging.

    You don’t need to have an advanced yoga practice to be here. All levels of practice are welcome.

    • 3 nights accommodation in a beautiful farm house

    • 3x wholesome meals per day using local organic ingredients (special dietary requirements can be catered for in advance)

    • 6x yoga classes

      • Morning dynamic sequences to create heat and spark freedom

      • Afternoon restorative classes to welcome rest and tension release

    • Travel to the retreat (we can help with taxi recommendations and connect you with other guests for shared transfers)

    • Alcohol (this isn’t something I provide as part of my retreats, and would encourage everyone to abstain from alcohol for the duration of the retreat)

  • Spaces on the retreat are limited and a non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure your spot. Full payment is due by 12 September 2026 and becomes non-refundable thereafter. Travel insurance recommended to avoid loss due to unforeseen emergencies. However, if you need to cancel your place, I will advertise an opening to our community and offer you a refund if the space is filled, minus the admin fee.

    Please note: If you’re coming alone but would like to share a room with another guest from the retreat, rooms will be allocated on the same sex basis.
