ALIVE is dedicated to empowering movement and a strong inspiring community.

Daria founded ALIVE for people to connect and find a sense of belonging, as well push their imaginary boundaries and overcome discomfort by committing to a strong practice on a regular basis. 

ALIVE offers weekly yoga, contrast therapy and run club sessions across London, and hosts seasonal immersive retreats in beautiful locations with a focus on nature and design. ALIVE offering is so infectiously good that people have started carving out time for themselves no matter how busy their big city life schedule is. 

WE MOVE TO FEEL is a testament to move forward, find a way, and not shy away from the difficulties we encounter daily.

ALIVE FOUNDER

Daria comes from a communications and strategy background working with high-profile clients such as the International Olympic Committee and Instagram. 

She now teaches at leading studios across London and is a founder of transformational retreats, bridging together experts, practices and beautiful places across Europe. Her retreats have been featured in publications including Architectural Digest, Grazia and Elle. 

Daria is a strong believer that we’re able to pursue several passions and career paths. She didn’t want to quit the creative sector, so she continues to work on some of the most unique projects across art & design, whilst leading ALIVE. 

Daria was born in Ukraine and lived in five different countries, which allows her to teach yoga and meditation to communities in several countries and languages.

We show up for each other! An ever-growing community of multifaceted humans, inspiring each other with our thirst for life and desire to outgrow ourselves. We give ourselves permission to live a life that is worth living - filled with courage, curiosity and playfulness. 

We are aware that we already have a ‘No’ if we do not try so we willingly move through discomfort to find new strength within ourselves. We build certainty by trying, failing, showing up again and growing as a result. We do this daily, off the mat, off the running track, off the boxing bag - it’s not only about the long plank hold, it’s about how we face day to day.

Weekly running clubs and yoga, seasonal immersive retreats, quarterly big dinner parties, and a monthly newsletter. It’s a sense of belonging we’ve all been looking for, and we’ve built it ourselves!
